Message Those are more than close enough to spec.
Run some fuel system cleaner as a double coverage.

If the CTS (Coolant Temp Sensor (2-wire)) on the coolant hardpipe has a corroded connector, or your coolant is low it will tell your ECU the engine is colder than it is.

(The Z32 ECU compensates for cold weather by enriching the fuel map)
